Join an energized group of Under-40 leaders as we connect the TOMODACHI Generation of driven doers, thinkers and creators who are invested in the future of U.S.-Japan relations. The U40 Summit is designed to leverage the diverse experiences of each and every participant, and foster growth and greater engagement of U40 leaders. By serving as a platform to exchange ideas, develop skills and put innovative ideas into action, the U40 Summit will be a part of the future of U.S.-Japan relations.

During this year’s summit, participants will gain local perspectives on the unique Japanese and Japanese American community in Los Angeles. Activities will center around the Little Tokyo neighborhood and provide broader exposure to the global diversity within Southern California. U40 Summit attendees will explore tangible opportunities to forge global connections and strengthen U.S.-Japan relations.
