On Monday, July 16th, U.S.-Japan Council President Irene Hirano Inouye and Senator Daniel K. Inouye hosted a summer reception on Capitol Hill in the charming Lyndon Baines Johnson Room. As a part of the Council's Legislative Networking Initiative, the reception allowed Council Members and corporate supporters to meet and network with members of Congress.
