The USJC Pacific Northwest and Hawaii Region present an interactive workshop that brings us together as a community, take a deep breath, and reflect on the past year. Led by USJC Associate member Reverend Cristina Moon of Chozen-ji, a millennial, ordained Rinzai Zen priest in Honolulu, and Council Leader Kei Eriksen of iLEAP,  a leadership coach and facilitator from Japan currently based in Seattle, this event incorporates breathing and zazen exercises, writing down your thoughts, and sharing them with others. Appropriately timed for the year-end, this event will help participants gain clarity on how to move forward in the midst of (seemingly) never-ending uncertainty.

*Please bring a pen and a piece of paper. It may also be helpful to be in a room where you can stand up.
