The Business Advisory Board (BAB) provides a platform based in Japan to integrate business leaders from diverse fields including government, academic and non-profit sectors to expand people-to-people connections to strengthen ties between the United States and Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event will include a keynote speech and networking dinner. We are honored to welcome Board of Councilors (Japan) Member Miki Tsusaka of Microsoft Japan as our keynote speaker. She will deliver a presentation about “Generative AI and Business Transformation.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new President & CEO Audrey Yamamoto will join this event and deliver remarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miki Tsusaka
<\/strong>Representative Director and President, Microsoft Japan<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

Miki Tsusaka is the Representative Director and President of Microsoft Japan. Appointed in February 2023, she leads Microsoft\u2019s engagement with customers, and business partners and is responsible for all product, solution, service and support offerings in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under her leadership, she focuses on enabling the acceleration of Japan’s digital transformation through Microsoft\u2019s global and local expertise of our leading productivity and platform solutions. She will also build and reinforce Microsoft\u2019s reputation in Japan as a trusted partner for individuals, organizations and governments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining Microsoft Japan, she was a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she worked for clients in a wide range of industries in Japan and overseas, helping them develop and implement growth strategies, improve profitability, redesign organization and promote digital transformation. She established strategic consulting groups specializing in marketing, sales and pricing strategy development and led the expansion of BCG’s service areas. As for BCG\u2019s operation, she has been a member of the Executive Committee for two three-year terms and served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tsusaka holds a Bachelor of AB, Government and East Asian Studies from the Harvard University, and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
