The neighborhood has recently become known as \u201cLittle Tokyo of Brooklyn,\u201d&nbsp;and is home to a budding community of Japanese restaurants, shops, businesses, and creatives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the two-hour walking tour, members met with representatives from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blankcreations.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blank Design<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cibone-us.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cibone<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/okume.us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dashi Okume<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/binbinsake.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bin Bin Sake<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/takram.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Takram<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/monopo.nyc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">monopo<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/coralsinc.us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corals Inc<\/a>, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.towari-ny.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Towari Soba<\/a>. They also participated in a custom dashi-making workshop, and created their very own \u201cUSJC Dashi Blend.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
