Uyeda\u201d at the Salesforce Tableau Software building in Washington, DC. The event brought together nearly 40 sponsors and industry leaders for a fireside chat with&nbsp;Council Leader Mark Uyeda (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, JALD &#8217;04). Council Leader Fred Katayama (U.S.-Japan Council, JALD &#8217;23)&nbsp;emceed and moderated the evening`s discussions, which were held under Chatham House rules.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hugh Gamble (Salesforce) welcomed the participants in his opening remarks. Mr. Katayama then introduced Commissioner Uyeda and led an in-depth chat on topics that ranged from the Silicon Valley Bank fallout to cryptocurrencies and climate risk disclosure. The informal discussions were followed by a Q&amp;A session.
