Mr. Gondo skillfully facilitated the conversation, while Ms. Taira shared personal stories, such as her decision to go all-in with the family business in the wake of the global pandemic, her exciting new endeavor opening Hello Hilo in Georgia and her family\u2019s governance process from hiring family members to dating and marriage.
