This year, we welcome a new cohort of 21 exceptional members to the ALC family. Representing a diverse range of geographies and industries, this year&#8217;s class also introduces a significant new segment to our program. We&#8217;ve strategically recruited participants from USJC&#8217;s Japan network, ensuring that our program brings together both American and Japanese citizens. This cross-cultural exchange is at the core of our mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The USJC ALC is a program designed to connect and empower mid-career professionals by building a vibrant network of experience, inspiration and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this year&#8217;s program, we&#8217;re focused on fostering deep relationships, building a strong sense of community and creating lasting impact through meaningful people-to-people connections.
