Mr. Nishida has over 30 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry in Japan and the United States. From July 2005 through June 2016, he has held several positions including Representative Director, Managing Director, President and Chief Financial Officer of Hudson Japan KK, Lone Star Funds’ captive asset management company. Prior to joining Hudson Japan, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley Properties Japan KK from 2001-2005. Mr. Nishida has held executive level finance positions in private industry since 1999 and has over 13 years of public accounting experience specializing in the real estate industry, most recently with Deloitte & Touche LLP, including two years (1995-1996) in the firm’s Tokyo office as a deputy professional practice director. Mr. Nishida began his career with the accounting and consulting firm of Kenneth Leventhal and Company (now part of Ernst & Young) in its Headquarters office in Los Angeles in 1985. Mr. Nishida is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Nishida serves on the Board of Governors for the Japanese American National Museum, and the Board of Directors of USJC (Japan). He also serves on the Boards of several technology companies.
