Mr. Scott Sato

Mr. Sato was appointed as CEO of Tricor Japan in September, 2018. Previously, he served as President and COO of Pasona Inc..  After spending 7 years as an international consultant at accounting firms such as Ernst and Young, he joined Pasona International Inc. in 2000.  He made significant contributions to Pasona’s global operations and was appointed to be CEO of Pasona NA, Inc. in 2004.  Since then he has served senior executive positions for the Pasona Group Inc. and its subsidiary companies. He has served as a member on the Board of Councilors for the U.S.-Japan Council Japan since 2013; was Co-Chair of the 2015 Annual Conference Host Committee; and the 2016 and 2018 Annual Conference Development Co-Chair.  Mr. Sato was born in New York, and graduated from Iona College in 1993.
