Press Registration: 2025 Annual Conference

Members of the media who wish to cover events, speakers or other activities at the U.S.-Japan Council’s 2025 Annual Conference (October 15, 2025) in Honolulu, HI are required to register in advance. Reporters and other press representatives may take photos and video footage at all Public Symposium events. However, interviews must be scheduled in advance, and reporters may not be disruptive during panels nor follow guest speakers between scheduled events.
