Young Professionals Leadership Delegation
Overview
The U.S.-Japan Council Young Professional Leadership Delegation (YPLD) brings together 10-12 emerging leaders to deepen their understanding of Japan’s economy, business landscape, and society. Through high-level meetings and site visits, delegates will gain firsthand insights into key sectors and hear directly from Japanese C-suite executives about top-of-mind issues shaping Japan’s future.
The program also provides a unique opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with young professionals in the U.S. and Japan. Scheduled for October 12–13, the 2026 YPLD programming precedes the U.S.-Japan Council’s Annual Conference, which will be held on October 14–15, 2026.
