Join the New York region for a factory tour of one of USJC’s sponsors, Sun Noodle. A shuttle bus will be provided from Midtown Manhattan (departing at 2:00pm) to transport guests to the factory in New Jersey. After the tour, guests will be shuttled back to Lower Manhattan to enjoy a complimentary group dinner at Ivan Ramen.

About Sun Noodle:
Starting from scratch, founder Hidehito Uki made his way to Hawaii from Japan’s Tochigi prefecture back in 1981. Today, Sun Noodle’s reach extends far beyond its Hawaiian roots, with expansions into California in 2004, followed by New Jersey in 2011 and Netherlands in 2023. This remarkable growth is owed to the dedication and vision of two of Hidehito and Keiko’s children—Kenshiro and Hisae—who, as third-generation noodle-makers are instrumental in propelling Sun Noodle forward.
