Anise Health will conduct a webinar on culturally-adapted approaches to strengthen mental health and well-being, with a focus on issues often faced by Asian Americans. Anise Health is the first digital mental health platform building the gold standard of care for Asian Americans and applies an approach that emphasizes data-driven treatment, integrated therapy and behavioral coaching, curated digital resources and a community-oriented style of building connection.
In this webinar, Anise Health will help participants explore the intersection between one’s cultural identity and mental health by providing information about unique stressors such as bicultural tension, acculturative stress and stigma. The session will empower attendees to expand their toolkit of practical solutions to improve one’s well-being and help attendees learn ways to live a more balanced life.
