USJC Hawaii Region Members Gather at Chozenji Temple

On August 31, a small group of USJC Hawaii regional members got together at Chozenji Temple to reset, recalibrate, refocus, and prepare for the second half of the year.  Over the three-hour program, participants were introduced to basic practices and mindsets that help develop the courage and sound strategy needed to navigate uncertainty, today and in the future. Activities included zazen (seated meditation), Japanese martial and fine arts, and discussion.  The session was led by USJC Associate Cristina Moon and Geraldine Abergas, Buddhist priests of Chozenji.
