Join us for a session on the power of planned giving on Wednesday, February 21 at the USJC Tokyo office. Please note that this is a hybrid event; participants will also be able to join virtually.

Mr. Takeshi Hayasaka, who is a certified tax accountant and administrative scrivener, will present a holistic view of planned giving to help you shape a legacy of your own. Attendees will gain a better understanding of planned giving basics including tax implications especially for Japanese citizens and American citizens residing in Japan.

Mr. Takeshi Hayasaka
Tax Accountant and Administrative Scrivener

Mr. Takeshi Hayasaka was born in Yokohama, Japan. He was registered as a tax accountant in 1997. He holds two master’s degrees in economics, and finished a doctorate course at Kanto Gakuin University.

Mr. Hayasaka specializes in the accounting and taxation of nonprofits. He currently serves as a member of the financial committee of Amnesty International Japan and an auditor of Japan NPO Center and OurPlanet-TV.

In addition to accounting and taxation services, Mr. Hayasaka’s office has also offered consultation services for those interested in nonprofit management and the acquiring of tax benefit status for more than 100 nonprofit organization since 1997.
