Join us for the 2024 U40 Summit in Seattle, a gathering for under-40 leaders and professionals from across the country and globe.
This year’s summit theme is “Weaving Stories, Shaping Futures.” We will celebrate the art of storytelling as a catalyst for change and connection within and beyond the Japanese and Japanese American community, bridging past, present and future. Over two immersive days, participants will engage with experts and peers, exploring stories that inspire action.
Schedule
We’re busy planning your epic experience in Seattle! The sessions include interactive workshops, dialogues with Seattle’s prominent Japanese American and Japanese leaders, and receptions to expand your U40 network.
The event will start in the morning on Friday, April 26, so we suggest arriving by Thursday evening. The last official summit event will be in the late evening on Saturday, April 27.

Cost
Registration fee: $200 (non-refundable, financial assistance may be available to those in need)
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close after Sunday, March 31 or will close once capacity has been reached. Payment of the $200 fee will be required for registration.
Travel & Accommodations
We have arranged for discounted rooms for $199/night at the Hyatt Olive 8 (1635 8th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101), conveniently located in downtown Seattle and a short journey from the Summit venue. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
