Behavior change in diabetes care has long been considered difficult—but that notion is now outdated. At our startup, we are working to prevent the onset and progression of diabetes through an innovative approach: once-weekly, low- or non-invasive home-based glucose monitoring combined with a mobile app. This simple yet powerful method empowers individuals, enhances self-efficacy, and supports sustainable lifestyle changes. In this talk, I will share insights from our latest device development and clinical research, and offer a vision for the future of healthcare—where behavioral science and technology come together to break stigma and enable proactive diabetes care.

Featured Speaker

Koshin Sekimizu, Ph.D.
