The USJC Healthcare and Advanced Medicine affinity group is proud to host the event Healthcare Force of the Future: Training the Next Generation of Japanese and American Physicians with USJC Council Leader Dr. Kelly Kawaoka (Hawaii Permanente Medical Group). During this event, Dr. Kawaoka will speak about the importance of cross-cultural medical training based on her own experience receiving training in Japan and working in Internal Medicine in Hawaii.
