Join the US-Japan Council PNW and the Consulate-General of Japan in Seattle for an intimate and engaging Fireside Chat featuring world-renowned chef, author, and Seattle’s own J. Kenji López-Alt. Known for his scientific approach to home cooking and his best-selling books The Food Lab and The Wok, Kenji invites us into a conversation that traverses the intersection of heritage, home, and the Pacific Northwest culinary landscape. The Fireside Chat will be followed by a reception with food prepared by the Consulate’s chef.
By registering for this event, I understand that USJC and/or the Consulate-General of Japan in Seattle may take photos of me that will be used for website, social media, and marketing purposes. If I do not wish my photo to be taken or used, I will contact USJC staff or event organizers in advance.
