USJC Mental Wellness Affinity Group invites you to slow down and embrace the beauty in life’s natural rhythms. This interactive session led by USJC members Claire Cuccio and Jeff Sera will introduce Wabi-Sabi, the Japanese philosophy that values simplicity and imperfection, paired with the ancient practice of guided meditation and mudras. You’ll learn practical tools for emotional grounding, participate in a live meditation, and reflect with others in a supportive space. Together, we’ll explore how embracing impermanence can be a powerful act of healing.
