This personal experience revealed the gap between academic language learning and authentic emotional expression, sparking his mission to create technology that prepares people for the conversations that actually matter—sharing dreams with grandparents, expressing complex feelings, and connecting deeply with family without linguistic barriers. Finished with his Environmental Engineering degree at Brown University, Hiro has founded multiple ventures including Flybyrd, which organizes scattered feedback for B2C companies, and Destinoma, which creates tailor-made travel itineraries.
