USJC Japan Region and U.S. Embassy Host Discussion on U.S.-Japan Cooperation on Economic Security

On August 24, the Japan region and the U.S. Embassy hosted a U40 event featuring a discussion on U.S.-Japan cooperation on economic security with Minister Counselor for Public Affairs Philip Roskamp and Trade and Economic Policy Unit Chief Pamela Pontius, followed by a reception at the Minister Counselor’s residence. The U40 USJC members and TOMODACHI alumni exchanged views on energy, labor and critical technology development issues with the two speakers and enjoyed getting acquainted with everyone at the reception.
