Mr. Todd Guild

Mr. Guild is a member of the Board of Directors for Beam Suntory, Inc., a global spirits company based in Chicago, Illinois, where he serves on the Executive Compensation and Nomination Committee. Mr. Guild serves as a Senior Advisor to Suntory Holdings, Limited, Japan, and to Silicon Valley based Quantum Biosystems. Mr. Guild is a Senior Partner Emeritus with McKinsey & Company where he served U.S. and Asian based clients on multi-year engagements related to strategy, growth, operations and governance.  Mr. Guild was a member of McKinsey’s Los Angeles, Tokyo and Atlanta offices over his 28 years with the Firm. He held various Firm leadership roles including responsibilities for McKinsey’s Consumer Practice, Strategy, and Marketing and Sales Practices and he served on McKinsey’s Asia Council. Mr. Guild's Atlanta-based advisory service focuses on strategy, business development, and raising capital for Japanese clients in the United States. He also assists companies to develop boards and governance practices in the U.S. In Japan, Mr. Guild is the Board Chair for Hands On Tokyo. In the U.S. he serves on the boards of the U.S.-Japan Council, and the Japan Society of Boston. Mr. Guild and his wife Yasuko reside in Tokyo, Japan and Atlanta, Georgia.
