Racial Justice Education Resources

As an organization founded by Japanese Americans, the U.S.-Japan Council strives to champion inclusivity, diversity and equity. The racial injustice and trauma we are experiencing now is centuries-old. This time, we endeavor to contribute to real and lasting change. The Council includes leaders who are able to make an impact every day in their own communities, and we hope to learn from each other how to educate and act to support the Black community and those fighting for racial justice.

We are gathering a list of resources useful in starting difficult conversations, thinking about new perspectives and taking action, and are sharing them here.

We are committed to continuing to educate ourselves and our community. If you would like to share a resource or provide feedback, please send an email to [email protected].
