As part of their leadership curriculum, the ELP class of 2021 participated in a virtual session on mentorship facilitated by USJC (Japan) Representative Director in Tokyo, Royanne Doi on April 21. Royanne explained the differences between mentors, sponsors, and other supporters, and the respective roles each play in one’s career journey. She also shared valuable life lessons from her own mentor. The session was highly engaging and relevant to the group, and we thank Royanne very much for her time and expertise.
